Visitor Visas

Citizens of certain countries must obtain a visitor’s visa before coming to Canada.  Applicants often must present detailed documentation to prove their stay in Canada will be temporary, and that they have sufficient funds to support themselves during their visit.

Visitor’s visas allow people to come to Canada for vacations and business trips.  Visitor’s visas may be required for professionals working temporarily in Canada, or for international students.

Regardless of whether or not you need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to enter the country, you have to maintain your temporary status while in Canada.

We handle our clients’ extensions, restorations or changes in their temporary resident status.

Depending on your circumstances and/or financial situation, initially you can come to Canada as a temporary resident (e.g. student or worker) and then we will guide through the immigration process to obtain permanent residence.
